MyRealEstate.ph uses the information you provide to respond to property inquiries, coordinate requested viewings, and provide the property services you ask about. Information and recipients

Inquiry records include your name, email or contact numbers, preferred contact method, message, optional viewing time, consent timestamp, IP address, and browser information. The listing creator handles their listing’s inquiries and appointments; authorized platform administrators can access records for administration and support. General service requests sent by email or telephone go to MyRealEstate.ph Team. Please avoid including identification documents, financial account details, or other sensitive information in messages.

Your choices

The inquiry checkbox authorizes use of your submitted details for responding and arranging the requested viewing. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional analytics are disabled until you accept them. You can change this choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Essential session and security functions remain available when analytics are declined.

Analytics and external services

When you accept analytics, we record page and property interactions, referral and browser information, network-derived country information, and visit identifiers. Google Analytics also receives usage information. Property media is hosted on Google Drive; opening media connects you to Google. Email, telephone, WhatsApp, and Viber links use their respective providers, whose privacy practices also apply.

Retention and requests

Inquiry and appointment records are kept while needed to respond, coordinate services, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact MyRealEstate.ph Team to ask about retention or request deletion. The scheduled analytics maintenance command summarizes older raw events and removes the raw records according to its configured retention period.

You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of consent by contacting MyRealEstate.ph Team. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing; some records may need to remain for legal obligations or claims. You may also raise concerns with the National Privacy Commission.
