MyRealEstate.ph helps you discover properties for sale and rent across the Philippines. Listing creators are responsible for their listing information and appointment coordination. Listings do not carry a platform verification certification.

Property information

Prices, availability, measurements, and other details may change. Confirm them with the listing creator and carry out appropriate checks before entering an agreement or making a payment. Browsing or submitting an inquiry does not reserve a property or create a sale, lease, or brokerage agreement.

Viewing requests

A requested time is a proposal. An appointment is confirmed only when the listing creator confirms it. Contact the creator to arrange changes or cancellations and confirm the meeting arrangements directly.

Responsible use

Provide accurate contact details. Do not submit spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse listing media or personal information. Use inquiry forms only for relevant property communications.
